Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with-in 14-days of your purchase was offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that it has arrived and confirm your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Out of Stock re-orders

Where an item can be re-ordered and is out of stock, allow 14-21 days for production and a further 2-5 days for delivery, depending on your location. You will be notified where changes to this timeline are required, depeding on kiln firing schedules and capacity at the time of ordering.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please contact us directly if you need to exchange like for like.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, if returning items. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
